Yesterday we found that B12 is found only in animal sources and fortified soy, grain and cereals. So, lets take a look at a few recipes to boost that B12 intake.

So, add a little lean meat and dairy to your diet if you can, if not, be sure you are picking up that fortified cereal or grains.
