Daily Dish: Recipes to Boost that Folic Acid Intake

We already talked about supplements to boost our folic acid levels and we looked at foods rich in folic acid, if you are like me, it just looks like a bunch of raw food unless you have some useable recipes. So, let’s take a look at some recipes that will boost our folic acid intake and start eating right, so we can kick some depression ass!!

These are just a few suggestions to increase our folic acid intake. However, with all the beans and greens on that list, you can let your imagination go wild.
