Do you Journal?

I just read a post on another blog, which I tried to reblog and it ended up on my scrapbooking page rather than this one ;(

Anway, do you value the journal, it can be very cathartic, a way to get things off your mind! It is a great way to get to the root of what is on your mind. It is a great way to vent without taking it out on someone else. It just a great way to release what is troubling your mind and in essence if you can release that which troubles your mind, you can release that which troubles your body!
